Chocolate Ibarra Pie
A silky, spicy, chocolatey mousse nestled in a crushed pecan crust, served with cinnamon whipped cream. My favorite dessert!
Lotus Chips with Ahi Sashimi
You won't believe how balanced and flavorful this is! Lotus root chips are topped with pureed edamame, slices of raw bigeye tuna, kecap manis aioli, and pickled Shishito chilies. Can be served as an hors oeuvre or a plated appetizer.
Blood Orange Scallops with Crispy Bacon and Basil
Blood oranges taste like an orange kissed by a raspberry. Reduce the juice with vodka, kaffir lime leaf, and butter and you've got a great sauce to go with perfectly seared scallops. Of course the bacon doesn't hurt either!
