For those of you who were bequeathed the gift of the CKI Spicy Spice Rub by my lovely wife this holiday season, here's the recipe:

2 Tbs. Kosher Salt

3 Tbs. Brown Sugar

1 tsp. Cayenne

2 tsp. Smoked Paprika

1 tsp. Black Pepper

1 tsp. Ground Cumin

1 Tbs. Dried Oregano

2 tsp. Dried Garlic

1 tsp. Cinnamon

The recipe is enough for 4 lbs. of salmon, chicken, tofu, or pork. Simply rub on and roast at 375F until desired doneness is reached. Alternatively, rub on and place meat in smoker.
