Despite the fancy new website with all its glitz and glamour, I'm actually a very laid back, simple guy. I will gladly cook any menu, in the format and venue of your choice. With all of the infinite cuisines, and styles of service, I know it can be difficult to choose. That's why I've listed some of my favorite dishes below. 

Most folks are either looking for a hors d'oeuvre party (passed appetizers), plated dinner party, family style meal, buffet, or some combination of those styles. Costs are based on the number of guests, cost of the groceries, amount of staff needed, and amount of time needed to prepare the menu. Visit the "Cost To You" page for more information.

Most folks will select 6-8 different appetizers for a cocktail party, or 2-3 appetizers if a sit down meal is to follow
